The tables aren't cheap with a minimum $25 bet for blackjack. There are no Vegas-Style free drinks or waitstaff checking on patrons. And secondly, there are still people smoking in those sections. I'd speculate that they have not been replaced since the original install in the mid-90s when it was Casino Aztar.
